At Christian Crossing Apparel, every product is made to order with care. Because our items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customers@christiancrossingapparel.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

Once approved, we will replace the defective item at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Missing Orders
If you receive the wrong product or your order is missing items:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to correct the mistake quickly by reshipping the correct items.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

General dissatisfaction with the product if no defect is present
Shipping Returns
Do not send products back to our fulfillment center without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
